I've chosen to create a bread with a dietetic function, an iron-boosting recipe for those who are deficient of iron (anemic). It is made with spinach, pine nuts and pumpkin seeds - all especially high in iron - and it also contains lemon and orange peel to improve the iron's bio-availability, that is, the quantity absorbed in our digestive system.
