Gluten-Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Makes 1 (2-pound) loaf

1/2 cup
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
2/3 cup
1 tablespoon
1/4 cup
1 1/2 teaspoons
1/2 teaspoon
1/4 cup
1 1/2 + 3 tablespoons
1/4 cup

1 teaspoon
       Fleischmann's Bread Machine Yeast
white rice flour
potato flour
tapioca flour
potato starch
nonfat dry milk powder
xanthan gum
sugar
salt
ground cinnamon
raisins
water
corn oil
large eggs, beaten
cider vinegar

 
Add dry ingredients, 3 / 4 cup water, 2 tablespoons corn oil, 2 eggs, and cider vinegar to bread machine pan in the order listed. Select basic cycle; medium color setting; large loaf size. Allow ingredients to mix for 2 minutes, gradually add the remaining liquid ingredients.
